Properties: Slightly yellowish powder. stable at room temperature. Soluble in alkali, insoluble in acid, pyridine, benzene, gasoline and water. There is no toxicity or contamination.

Uses: It is broadly applied in the foaming of EVA, PE, PVC, synthetic rubber, mixture of PVC and NBR, especially for the hot pressing foaming in large or small mould of EVA MD sole.
Technical guide: ACP/W decomposes at lower temperature so no any other foaming auxiliaries need to be added. Through reducing the activating agent, the product will get a higher elongation rate. It can provide with good foaming structure and whiter effect in EVA sole without affecting its physical performance. It is suggested to use at a relatively low mixing temperature and normal sulfuring condition to avoid early decomposition.
